We took a dark Belgian dubbel, kettle soured it and added forest fruits, making for a rich dark sour beer presenting big notes of cherries, blackberries and raspberries.
Märzen

Often referred to as ‘Oktoberfest’ or ‘Festbier’ this classic is traditionally brewed in March (März) and then lagered until the Oktoberfest celebrations begin. An elegant, malty German amber lager with clean yet complex toasty & bready malt flavours, restrained bitterness and a rich aftertaste.
Schwarzbier

A dark German lager balancing roasted smooth malt flavours with moderate hop bitterness. Hints of caramel, roasted dark chocolate & coffee are present.
Hefeweizen

A traditional German wheat beer, straw in colour, with subtle notes of clove and banana overlaying a bready, malty base.
Choc Honey Imperial Pastry Stout

This is the craziest beer we've ever made. 9 different malts, real honey, cacao nibs and too much lactose. It may be a bit OTT but it's fun and we like it that way. Lashings of chocolate and an underlying honey sweetness smooth the edge off what is a massive beer!
Double Chocolate Oatmeal Stout

A dark, rich, velvety stout brewed with a high percentage of rolled oats for smooth body. Aged on cacao nibs and vanilla beans for a decadent double chocolate hit!
Barrel Aged Porter

Aged 6 months in Chief’s Son 900 Standard ex-sherry barrels. This 2025 collaborative take on our Robust Porter exhibits dark roast, drenched in notes of whisky & oak.
Non-Alc Lager

Subtle notes of bread & spice from the traditional Pilsner malt and late addition Saaz hops create a light, refreshing lager without the alcohol.
